How do I get off this list?	Simply send an email to privileges@the domain you are listed with putting the word 'Unsubscibe' in the subject line. Or you could also just hit the [Reply] key and put Unsubscribe in the subject line and remove any text in the body of the email.
How to I add myself to a list?	The easiest way is to go to the web site and look for a link such as 'express interest, 'subscribe', 'join' 'add email' or similar words.
How do I change my email address?
Why am I receiving more than one email?	You may have subscribed to different subject areas. Many of our clients run separate lists. So a wine merchant might have a list for general news and offers, but another just about Half Bottles.
Why am I receiving duplicate copies?	There are a number of possible reasons. We may have made an error or the software has stuttered You may have subscribed a second time but with a slightly different email address
